Returns
We do not accept returns, unless the product arrives damaged in one of its parts upon delivery. in this case, if you want to withdraw from a purchase, you have 7 days from pack delivery for send us an email to info@silviapicari.com with the damage pictures attached.

Shipping
The shipment is anonymous and at your home, we do not accept payment on delivery.
The delivery date of the tailor made products must be agreed with the Silvia Picari brand.
Delivery times depend on the destination, below you can find the estimate delivery times:
Italy – Estimated delivery time 24/48 hours from shipment.
Europe and Turkey – 6 working days from shipment.
United States and Canada – 14 working days from shipment.
Israel – 10 working days from shipment.
Japan, China, Korea, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong – 15/20 working days from shipment.
Deliveries to the rest of the world – 10/25 working days from shipment.
For shipments outside the EU, the indicated times are subject to change due to border controls.
When the package is sent, we send you a confirmation email with the tracking code.
Delivery attempt
In case of an absent recipient, the service ensures one / two delivery attempts, depending on the destination countries. In case the recipient is absent, a non-delivery notice is left in the mailbox indicating the date and time of the delivery attempt, the office where the shipment is lying and the final date for pick-up. Unclaimed packs are kept in stock for free by foreign postal operators for 15 days average (including Saturdays and holidays). Through the toll-free number 800.160.000, the customer can release the shipment free of charge. When storage period expires, the shipment is sent back to the sender.
